Fun With Phonics

Every Monday, Sheridan has to turn in a paper about a particular topic they covered in the previous week's class. Here's what she had to say about apples ...

I think she summed it up perfectly.

Apples grow on trees. (she originally spelled it chrees)
Apples are different colors and tastes.
Apples are sweet and juicy.

That is ADORABLE!!!

Look at all the perfectly colored little apples in the margins!

Girl, that goes away with Grady. You know that, don't you? The days of the apples being real apple colors - and colored neatly in the lines - disappear with Grady. :) But don't EVEN get me started on the differences between boys and girls, and how jealous I am that you have both! :)

She really did do a terrific job summarizing what apples are. Such a sharp cookie! And good for you for saving her work on your blog. I am trying to do the same with my daughter. I hope one day they will enjoy going through these. With this crazy FS lifestyle there's only so much paper you could carry around the world. Saving things digitally is a great solution.
