However, this is what I saw when I walked back into our bedroom. The rest of the clan was now there, and they were all so engrossed they DIDN'T EVEN NOTICE when I walked right by them and snapped a few photos ... or that I had been gone for twenty minutes showering!

Here in my house? If anyone is on an XBox or PS3, I could fall down dead right in front of them after a long protracted death scene and no one would even flinch. Electronics... the opiate of us all at this point!
I hope you're framing that first one!
In our house, Daddy comes home after a long trip and Mia runs to him, arms open wide and says "Can I have your iPad?"
