is the tooth fairy common property of the entire world, or just the US, and if the answer is just the US does he or she (my parents always claimed the tooth fairy was a man named Robin Dento) enjoy diplomatic immunity?
My son was like that too. He lost all 4 top teeth in the front and looked like a vampire because he only had his fangs on the side. It stayed like that for about a year. He looked so doofy!

Sometimes the teeth seem to take forever to grow back. That's what happened to Emma.

Those pictures are adorable. Julianna's on a much slower pace...that's all right with me, we know once her molars come in she's getting braces. Ack!
I wish I could tell her to ask you for the tooth fairy's number so she could call her! (grinning again) :-)

Holy Heck that's a lot of teeth... My daughter is 7 and just lost her second tooth. Our toothfairy is more on a sabatical.
